Using this website

This website is provided for information about Radar Telematics' products and services. By using it, you agree not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.

Products and installation

Speed governor, fuel monitoring, GPS tracking and asset tracking hardware is installed by our technicians or authorised partners. Specific warranty terms, installation timelines and pricing are confirmed separately at the point of order and are not governed by this page.

Subscriptions and payment

Ongoing platform access (tracking, monitoring, reporting) is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms, including our Paybill details, are confirmed with each client at signup. Non-payment may result in suspension of platform access.

Limitation of liability

While we maintain our hardware and platform to a high standard, Radar Telematics is not liable for losses arising from network outages, third-party connectivity issues, or misuse of the platform outside its intended purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
